Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Alert for Week 3

Hammys, and ribs and tears, oh my! It was a brutal week for some top fantasy performers.  Arian Foster and Miles Austin both re-injured hamstrings.  Jamaal Charles went down with an ACL tear. Tony Romo punctured a lung and fractured a rib, while Michael Vick appears to have suffered a concussion.  That said, there's lots of holes that need to be filled on rosters for this upcoming week, so here are some options to help fill those voids:
  • RBs: D. McCluster (Should likely be worked into an expanded role with Charles out for the season.), W. McGahee (Put up an effort of 101 yards and will be able to fill lead role nicely again if Moreno doesn't return immediately.) T. Choice (If F. Jones can't go, Choice will assume lead back duties and has shown moments of greatness before.)
  • WRs: D. Nelson (He's averaging 10 targets and 7 catches per game over the first two weeks), E. Decker (Strong day with 5 catches for 113 yards and 2 TDs in the absence of Lloyd), D. Moore (With the injuries to J. Ford and D. Heyward-Bey, Moore 8 targets, caught 5 for 146 and 1 TD.  He might very well become the new favorite target of J. Campbell)
  • QBs: R. Fitzpatrick (I had him here last week, but after his second week of big numbers, he's definitely worthy of a bench spot if he's still available), A. Dalton (Keep an eye on him, as a great game against the Broncos hardly says much these days.)
  • TEs:  F. Davis (Another guy I had here last week who won't be around long after a 6 catch 86 yard and 1 TD day coming on the heels of last week's breakout game.)
  • K: N/A
  • Def: N/A
