NFL Week 4 - Quick Hit Picks

Taking a cue from the college games yesterday, I'm not going to try to over-analyze the picks.  These are the...

Quick Hit Picks

Carolina at Chicago (-6.5, 43): This will be a homecoming game for Panthers Head Coach Ron Rivera, but Cam hasn't faced a defense like this on the road yet.  The Bears will be hungry after last week's loss to the Packers and panther is on the menu. The Pick: Bears -6.5

Buffalo at Cincinnati (+3, 43.5): The moment I saw this line I thought it had upset written all over it.  The Bills are going on the road after a huge emotional win, so I'm expecting a let down here as the Bengals is will grind it out. The Pick: Cincinnati +3

Denver at Green Bay (-12, 46.5): The Packers can roll up points at the flick of Rodger's wrist, but their defense hasn't be 100%, so I expect Orton to find the end zone a couple of times as well. Final Score Prediction: Packers win 35-17  The Picks: Packers -12 and Over 46.5

Miami at San Diego (-7, 44.5): Brush off the recent struggles on offense, as this is still a very dangerous and balanced Chargers offense and Miami has proved they can't stop anyone. Simple as that. The Pick: San Diego -7

Minnesota at Kansas City (+3, 40): I think the Viking's defense has been a little underrated because of the second half collapses, and the Chiefs can't find the end zone.  Adrian Peterson will be the difference maker as I expect him to will the Vikes to a W today.  The Pick: Vikings -3

New England at Oakland (+6, 55): I expect Brady to come out firing on all cylinders after last week's debacle in Buffalo.  That said this Raiders offense with Run DMC should be able to keep pace against a porous Patriots D. Final Score Prediction: Not sure who wins, but 35-27 The Pick: Over 55
